Philip Hardcastle was tireless and invaluable in helping me purchase a property
in San Miguel de Allende (2007).
Since the market is not as organized as elsewhere (no Realtors database or
central listing service) I was impressed by how often Philip covers the terrain,
notices signs of change, and stops to talk with so many folks to keep his
detailed market knowledge very current.
From years of developing construction projects in the USA and Asia, and now in
San Miguel, he has:
